For service providers
Get requests for the work you actually want
Tri-State Fire Guide is an independent directory used by restaurant operators, property managers, and facilities managers in the tri-state area. We are testing a limited paid arrangement for companies that want relevant, verifiable quote requests — and we would rather have a few honest participants than a long roster.
What participating companies get
- Requests matched to the work and areas you name. You tell us the service categories, the boroughs or towns you serve, and the jobs you do not want. Requests outside that scope never reach you.
- Transparency on both sides. Every customer sees which companies receive their request. You see the job details before you commit time — and you are never billed for junk we should have filtered.
- A labeled enhanced profile — clearly marked as a paid placement — with your service areas, scheduling preferences, and languages, each dated when you confirm it.
- Simple reporting: requests delivered, accepted, and credited.
The ground rules
- Listing in the directory is and stays free — it is a factual record of the official source, and corrections are free too.
- Payment buys visibility and request delivery. It never changes your official credential record, never buys a rating, and never buries a complaint.
- Every paid placement is labeled as advertising. What you are charged for is agreed in writing before anything goes live, including what counts as a billable, qualified request and how duplicates and invalid requests are credited.

We are onboarding a small pilot group now. Email hello@tristatefire.org with the services and areas you cover; we will send the pilot terms for you to judge on their merits.
Tri-State Fire Guide is an independent commercial directory — not a fire department, not a contractor, and not affiliated with the FDNY or any listed company. Inquiries are introductions, not bookings.
