Spotted something wrong?

Approvals renew, companies move, phone numbers change. If any fact on this site is wrong or stale, tell us and we will re-check it against the named official source — or with the company, for provider-confirmed facts — and update the page with a new date.

• The page and the fact that is wrong
• What it should say (a source link helps, but is not required)

Service companies: if your company appears in the directory and you want details corrected or updated, write to the same address — corrections and basic listings are free, always. If your FDNY-listed company wants to receive quote requests as a participating provider, that page explains the paid pilot; the listing itself stays free either way. A company can also ask to be excluded from the directory.
